Lucerna was our favorite hotel, but is getting old. Dirty carpets. The rooms need some improvements. We found the shower clogged with someone’s hair. It is sad we will need to look for a better hotel.

Staff was friendly at all times. Specially bar and food court personnel. the room entry key kept failing and had to be re-programmed. Shower and bathtub not in good shape. Bed was comfortable, but need to invest in pillows.
