If I liked the only problem I didn't like is that the pool is in poor condition and they don't have an emergency kit my girl cut and they didn't do anything they just gave me cotton and hydrogen peroxide.

The room was beautiful the bed was magical could sleep for hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. The transportation option was the best the chofer was very patient knowledgeable and very helpful. My only complaint was the gym and the pool were not what I expected. The pool was very small and the gym only had 3 machine.

There are reparations being done at all times and it’s noisy and filthy; no healthy options for breakfast, it’s the same plain and not very tasty everyday; room smelled terrible; staff service is excellent tho. Too expensive for the quality received. Not coming back.

I liked that they went to go clean the rooms everyday but the only thing is that they didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom the whole week and a half I was there not once did they do that. The air condition in our room would have a really bad smell once it was turned on. Other than that everything else was good.
