Casa Baiocco is a typical Tuscan home, newly built in the traditional farmhouse style, perfectly blending with the Italian countryside. Surrounded by a well kept park, for your private use only, it offers all the peace and tranquility that you look for during your holidays. If you are looking for a place to truly relax - here you've found it.

Casa Baiocco sleeps up to 8 people and if you wish we cater for you as well. Or perhaps you'd just want to be left alone, than we'll guarantee absolute privacy. Excursions, personal trainers, chefs - all can be organized, just let us know what your needs are.

All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. If you are traveling in a large group, there won't be any fights for the showers - an important aspect for relaxing holidays.


Only 1 km from this private oasis - walking distance if you're the sporty type - you find the stunning medieval town of Città della Pieve. In spite of its walls dating back to the 13. century, you find everything needed for a modern life: Internet Cafés, supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and bars cater to your needs. And all packed in true historic charm.

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, located in a carefully manicured garden at 20 meters from the villa. The rectangular measures 10 x 4 m, with a depth of 1, 40 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.

COMPULSORY SERVICES ON REQUEST: supplied and to be paid locally to the owner - heating (based on meter reading consumed during your stay € 4,50 m3), internet wireless included in the price.

Wonderful Stay
We spent the month of October in this house and we couldn’t have made a better choice. It was impeccably clean. The location was ideal both for relaxing and for visiting the area. We just loved Citta Della Pieve where we spent quite a bit of time. We had friends and family members come through snd everyone was comfortable.

A slice of heaven in Umbria
We had a tranquil week in the 3 bedroom villa. This VRBO can plan meals, tours and events for you if you choose. Any needs we had were promptly attended to by the staff. Our cooking class fun and the meals that the staff prepared were first class. Chef's kiss! The tours are superb. Highly recommend as an easy and efficient way to see central Italy. Citta della Pieve was a 20 minute walk and has great restaurants, stunning views and interesting history. Thank you for pampering us. This is not your average VRBO.

Beautiful home
The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool was lovely. Great location to use as a base for day visits, but also to visit the beautiful town of Citta della Pieve. Communication was easy and quick. Friendly service. We did the cooking class which I highly recommend as it was one of our favorite meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in Citta Della Pieve
Our group of four adults thoroughly enjoyed a 2-week stay. Check in was a snap, and communication during the stay was effortless. The area is gorgeous and the town is very sweet. There are many excellent restaurants in town as well as a few grocery stores, and it’s a fairly short walk into town. Our hosts recommended a few local wineries that we visited too. The location on the Umbria/Tuscany border makes an ideal homebase for day trips in the Val d’Orcia and throughout Umbria. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Villa with Stellar Host
From start to finish our experience was first rate. Jacopo's property is in a beautiful setting, with views of the olive grove below and the valley across the way. Communication with him and his property manager, Alice, was always excellent and prompt. We stayed for three weeks and are already planning our return trip. We walked into the town of Citta della Pieve many times and loved its beautiful winding streets and alleys, artwork and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Amazing villa, location and very helpful manager/owner
The photos didn't do the villa justice. It was a very clean and spacious property, well equipped and the pool was fantastic. 15 minute walk to town where there were great bars and restaurants. Perfect holiday and thanks to Jacopo for ensuring our stay was the best it could be.

Perfect accommodation and an awesome pool. Citta della Pie e a most charming town. Great for groceries, restaurants and pizzerias. Must have a car but perfect peace at villa. Any problem soon taken care of and Jacopo’s wi e is perfect.

Splendid villa in Umbria
We spent one week with our three teenage children in the villa in Città della Pieve. The villa is very well equipped and very comfortable for a family stay. Large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air condition. The area in front of the villa is fantastic for common meals and well protected from sun. The swimming pool is fantastic and of exclusive use of the tenants. Communication was very good with the manager. Any issue was immediately attended. We were also very lucky to have Brian taking care of the swimming pool and the house on a daily basis, he did a great job and was of extreme kindness. The villa is very well situated to discover close Tuscany and other parts of Umbria. We fully recommend a stay at the villa.

Amazing villa in great location
The villa is huge and the pool area amazing. Angela is great showing you around and has great knowledge of area. Pasta making was a huge hit and what a great meal. Jacapo is always on hand via email to answer any queries. A marvellous first holiday to Italy will be back

Grazie Villa Febea
Introducing our two daughters and their families to Italy was enhanced by staying at the lovely Villa Febea. We ended up with 10 family members able to make it and everyone had their own private bedroom with a bath. The villa's location is halfway between Rome and Florence making either accessible. So many wonderful adventures awaiting in the lovely towns close by - Siena, Montepuliano, Montelcino, Pienza, Cetona, Saertano, and Chiusi itself that has fascinating Etruscan tunnels and museums. This villa has a user friendly kitchen and more than adequate areas to sit and dine as a family. The grounds are gorgeous and the exquisite private chapel is just inside the Villa grounds and a good walk but well worth it. We had the swimming pool heated and it was fantastic with abundant lounge chairs available. The A1 Autostrada is only 10 minutes away as is the Chiusi train station with rapid transit to many sites. We had the traditional Tuscan dinner on Sunday night and although adequate it did not meet our expectations. Our last evening was spent at Tuscany Divine, a restaurant nearby that had a tasting menu for 20 euros each that was fabulous. I highly recomment this Villa. Jacopo was readily available and responsive.

Absolutely fantastic
We expected Casa Baiocco to be good from the description and pictures, however it was even better than anticipated. Jacopo arranged for a massage therapist to be there on request and that of course made everyone feel better. We also made use of the opportunity of the cooking class. The chef was wonderful and made everything easy approachable and fun. We literally sat by the pool and felt like we were staying at a property worthy of Julia Roberts or George Clooney. Also his white wine is very good as is his alive oil.

A lovely villa
We had a great time. Jacopo was very helpful and the villa was well situated, and very private, with its own pool and facilities. The town is a short walk away with plents of cafes and restaurants. The pool area is great, which is where we spent most of our time. We would reccomend to others.

Wonderful villa in lovely setting
Everything was excellent from initial booking enquiry to leaving the villa. Spotlessly clean, everything provided that you need , lovely pool. Jacopo even came to find us on arrival when we were lost! Would definitely like to return in the future. Nice restaurants in the local town.

Beautiful, peaceful and perfect
The villa was superb and Jacopo could not have been more helpful. We were one short on a lounger cushion and emailed him in the morning and by the afternoon a new cushion was delivered to us. The pool area is really private surrounded by lovely gardens and tall hedges, unfortunately this meant you lost the sun by about 6.30 which was a shame as it was so lovely we wanted to stay out longer. The leisurely walk to the town took us about 20 - 25 minutes, but it was well worth it as we found some lovely places to eat. We had a really enjoyable holiday

Beautiful surroundings
This mini Villa was so wonderful. We had our espresso out on the master bedroom balcony every morning or by the pool. This is a perfect size for a family of 4-6. It ended up with just two of us and it was a little larger than we really needed. We never even used or went down to the lower bedroom/basement room. We each had our own bedroom with plenty of space to add at least 3 to 4 more people. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped and the caretakers come each morning to take care of the pool and the grounds. Jacopo the owner was very attentive. We also did the in home pasta making class with dinner as well as the day of wine tasting tour. Both were superbly planned out and left us with just having to participate without having to plan. Angela was a great teacher and Max was a fabulous driver. I would recommend this villa as top rated.

Wonderful piece of Tusany!!
You cannot get a better host than Jacopo. We stayed in the smaller villa and it was more than we could hope for. The place is immaculate, private, the owner is quick to respond to questions, and the location is great. I would highly recommend.

Amazing holiday in a fantastic villa.
This is the second year we have holidayed in Jacopo's fantastic villa in Citta della Pieve in Umbria/Tuscany. We had a truly amazing holiday in this villa. The villa is immaculate yet homely with everything you need. Jacopo is as available and attentive as you need him to be without being at all intrusive. The pictures for the villa, by the way, do not do it justice. This year, Jacopo has added air conditioning which is a fantastic addition. I can honestly say that if there is anything you need, Jacopo will do his best to provide it. We holidayed this year as an extended family of 6 adults varying in ages from 21 - 57. Everyone loved the holiday and rated it amongst the best we've ever had. The pool and sunbathing areas are amazing and something we thoroughly enjoyed daily. We also had many BBQs in the outside dining area which is a lovely feature of the villa. The surrounding area is just beautiful with the villa being perfectly located to tour many outstanding towns and villages within easy driving distance. We particularly enjoyed Montepulciano and Arrezo this year. We also enjoyed several bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa with Bistro del Duca being particularly worth visiting. It is difficult to find but well worth the effort! Do book or else you may be disappointed! I highly recommend this villa and hope to be visiting again soon.
