Convenient Location
This is our preferred hotel when visiting family close by. It can’t be beat for convenience! The staff were very friendly and eager to be of service. Only 29 minutes from the major airport, there are lots of gas stations, restaurants, and quick-shop stores nearby. We will return.

We came to town for a wedding. Our stay was convenient for our plans. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would happily stay again on our next visit to Cincinnati (Blue Ash) and recommend this location.

The room was average but clean. The beds were very comfortable. I chose the location because I was visiting someone who lives close by, so it was convenient. The experience was good but not outstanding. I would stay again.

Hotel was clean. Check-in was smooth. Room was all in working order. Plenty of accessible parking. Did not use pool, but looked nice and clean. I will say it is one of the worst beds we have ever had. It was so lumpy and slanted toward the middle. Room was nice and dark, which was enjoyable. Breakfast was so so. Frozen precooked sausage. No potatoes. Danish didn't taste very good. A good decent hotel, but not great

Stingy with the clean towels. Room only had a half roll of toilet paper. We asked for more they gave us one roll. Elevator is sketchy as well as it feels like it might never open. Could use some serious renovations. Continental breakfast was good at least.

Very accommodating, breakfast staff extremely friendly and the manager was great here! I had one issue (not with the hotel), but more of a personal issue and the manager assisted with taking care of this for me. Very happy with the service here.

I was excited to find a deal for this hotel but should have known it was too good to be true. I checked in beforehand, so arrival was a breeze. After a long day of traveling, all I wanted to do was get in bed. However, I was mortified to discover they didn’t even change the sheets!!!! As soon as I pulled the comforter down I could see food crumbs all over the bed. When my partner called the front desk to report this and change rooms they had the audacity to ask what kind of crumbs were in the bed. Never again!
