A quick 10 minute car ride to downtown Cincinnati, The Rookwood offers the best of both worlds - a little bit of suburbia just a stone’s throw from thriving downtown.

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a MINIMUM $250 fine upon check out.

As much as we love our furry buddies, please note that pets are not allowed at this property.

We do not allow parties or large gatherings of any kind. Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a MINIMUM $500 fine upon check out.

During your stay, we prohibit the use of glitter & confetti - while we all love to have a good time, these products are especially difficult to clean up, and therefore any use will result in an additional cleaning fee of MINIMUM $150 upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support the host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at any time we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval will result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.

Host: We are available 24/7! Just simply reach out! If you are reaching out after hours (10PM - 6AM) please call the number in the listing if urgent. For non-urgent issues, message us via the application and we will respond as soon as possible! Please remember - we are unable to fix problems or issues that we do not know about. If you have any issues during your stay, please allow us to fix them! We aim to provide a 5 Star service experience.

The home is exactly as advertised, clean, well furnished and comfortable and big enough to handle our group. Communication w/ property manager was outstanding as well. Highly recommend!

Weekend in Cincinnati
This apartment was beautiful! It was clean, it was large, it was immaculately decorated, it was comfortable, classy, and our needs were anticipated. The location was perfect in the trendy town of Hyde Park with easy walkability and beautiful neighborhood. The property mgr was easily and quickly available to answer questions. We would definitely reccommend this unit and company!

Clean, comfortable and a nice neighborhood.
We enjoyed our brief stay in Hyde Park, Cincinnati. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were excellent as well. The only edit I would suggest is to say "street parking" since there were no dedicated parking lots or spaces. Overall, it was an excellent apartment.
