The front desk was very friendly and helpful. How ever the rooms are not clean. The carpet is nasty, needs to be replaced. The rooms should not be rented with carpet that dirty. Old spills, cigarette burns, bleach spots, black spots.

Not as good as other Sonesta Suites
Here's a bullet point list. The heating had two settings: off and jet engine; very loud and annoying when you are trying to sleep. Hardly any linens and the blankets could barely keep you warm. The toilet paper holder was missing. Bath had two, child-sized towels for the shower. Kitchen overhead light was burnt out. Front door was not secure, the latch was broken (see photo). Table and chairs are wobbly. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and had fingerprints on doors like the police were there. Barely any utensils/plates/bowls, etc. One spoon, two knives and two forks. Coffee maker pot was missing. Staff not overtly rude but could still sense an attitude; they need to learn what hospitality means. Most bizarre, zero hangers in any of the closets. On the plus side, appliances/cabinets/ were nice and modern. WiFi was good, nice TV, and the curtains kept out most of the light.

When arriving to our room, it was full of marijuana smoke as if someone was just in there doing drugs. We tried to work past it due to how late it was, but got to the point where we could not. We asked to be moved to another room that was even more disgusting, hadn’t been cleaned and we’re unable to stay.

Its just a no, keep looking and don't stay here.
The hotel staff was understaffed and overwhelmed. The rooms were disgusting, carpets and bedding stained, cigarette burns in everything, smelly, and out of all soaps. When we called she said we can see another room, and we asked if it was worse and she said we can go look and it looked like blood stains. They did offer a refund, however there was no where else to go. Their customer service was rude including hangin up on my teenager when she asked for shampoo and the manager was unfortunately not able to help the situation either. Outside of the room, the grounds were bad, busted out windows in many units, people screaming fighting, karaoke party with the bass blaring all night. Just overall a no go and there was not a resolution or a consideration from the staff what so ever.

The pictures are deceiving the room does not look how the pictures look. It’s not very clean. There were dead bugs found under the cushion where the pullout couch is, which is why I did not stay and had to leave.
