I booked this hotel through HOTELS.COM, when I checked in at the hotel, I was charged an EXTRA $100 that was called a security deposit. It wasn't until AFTER I saw the charge on my credit card, that I noticed this. When I brought this to the hotels attention, they never apologized. They told me that I should have see this in the fine print and they told me "while they had a side conversation with another staff member". They will not be returning my money for 5 business days. On top of this experience, the ENTIRE property was under construction. Every parking lot had equipment all over as well as several parking spots taken up by supplies and vehicles. The breakfast overall was okay. But the set-up was a constant traffic jam. It was very difficult to get to anything if more than TWO people were getting food. Overall, not a great experience. I can overlook some things, but from start to finish, the staff at the desk were not very customer driven. I am still at a loss that they didn't even attempt to offer an apology. Basically telling me this was on me. I wouldn't come back to this location.

Our stay was fantastic, our room was bigger than anticipated. Having the kitchen was very useful, lots of dishes supplied except for a pan for the oven. The room was clean and we could tell there had been many updates to the room . The hotel was still under construction (started around 8am) it never bothered us as we were already up and getting ready to head out for the day. We would stay here again in the future.

Nice place... maybe a bit of hidden gem if you have to stay for an extended amount of time. First floor was noisy from people above so if you are staying as a monthly extended stay, I'd recommend a top floor. Looked like lots of ammenities and more like an apartment complex. Was clean except for one dead bug. Oh well...
