Riverside Hideaway, located in the historic neighborhood of Columbia-Tusculum. This home sits in front of Schmidt Park and overlooks the park, Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline with free on/off-street parking. It accommodates business trips, and week or weekend getaway. Our little hideaway is right along the Ohio to Erie Bike path, and only a 5-10 minute Uber to Riverbend, Casino, Over The Rhine (OTR), FCC (soccer), Bengals, and Reds stadiums. Must be 25+ years old to reserve. ID Required.
Guests will have access to the entire unit, front porch, and scenic back deck that overlooks Schmidt Park, the Ohio River, and the Cincinnati skyline during your stay.
This is a shoes-off unit, so don’t forget your slippers!The unit itself consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one living room with a door to accommodate privacy for two additional guests, a queen deluxe air mattress for a living room bedroom, a dining room, one full bathroom with a shower and tub, and kitchen with cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, and crock-pot. The oven works great but is tricky to turn on, therefore it is not listed as included. The unit is ideal for a couple. This home is not set up for small children.
This home offers central air conditioning and heat, a private side entry, clean towels, linens, blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen - minus the oven. There is also a smart TV in the living room and bedroom with YouTubeTV cable provided. You may use the other streaming apps loaded to TV to steam your subscriptions as well.
You are close to many highly-rated restaurants and bars within walking distance (~.5 - 1 mile) but tucked in the neighborhood of the East End located on Riverside Dr. Please check our Guidebook for the detailed information.

Columbia-Tusculum is the oldest neighborhood in Cincinnati and is located on the East Side of the city. Sometimes referred to as “the San Francisco” of Cincinnati, this neighborhood gives off a Bay Area vibe with its eclectic houses and its proximity to the Ohio River. If you decide to venture downtown, which is less than 5 miles, you can ride the Connector streetcar from the Reds Stadium at the Ohio River, north to Findlay Market, and back for free. There are many things to do along this route.
We are located on the bike path so you can also ride your bike into the City on a scenic Ohio River route. You can then walk across the Purple People Bridge into Newport, KY where they have many restaurants, the Aquarium, and a summer concert series (seasonal).
Uber and Lyft are in the area and it is approximately 10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati depending on traffic.
There is an area in the locked entryway where you can park up to three bicycles. You may also park bicycles on the outdoor deck that is not accessible from the street or sidewalk.
