The hotel was very clean, quiet, and eye-opening. The breakfast options were also amazing. The staff were kind and respectful to customers at all times. If you’re looking for an affordable AND a NICE hotel, I highly recommend Quality Inn at West Chester.

"Potentially rough start with a happy ending..." We came in late Saturday night Aug 24 after a long day at King's Island and found our room was disheveled and seemed to be occupied, with bedding and bath towels thrown around the place. A very nice Nigerian woman named Debra at the front desk immediately put us into another room, informing us that she had just found out the previous guest had come back to mess the room up. She was very understanding and fixed the situation within seconds. Our new room was very comfortable - the A/C was already on, so we had a cool and refreshing room ready for us when we arrived. Pillows were good quality, shower water pressure was good, A/C worked like a champ - everything was clean and in good order. Breakfast was pretty good, with eggs, sausage and waffles available. One of our best hotel experiences (despite the initial hiccup), especially at this price point. Quality Inn is doing a great job at this property!
