I always love the stay and some of the staff. I am a frequent visitor, I just have 1 issue with them. The deposit policy when having to stay an additonal nite thru a booking party is silly. You have to keep repaying a deposit they can just hold on to… But other than that, its always nice

The facility was very clean. Rooms were very clean also. The facility was close to our venue. We parked at the hotel and was able to walk to the convention center.

I’m not sure how this hotel got such great reviews because I stayed 2 nights and wasn’t happy at all. Upon check in I had to wait several min for someone to arrive at the desk. During check in a staff member came to move old cookies (they were sold at the desk) to a bin for $1 because they were nearing expiration. The lady behind the desk asked her to put the strawberry banana ones aside for her. There were roughly 10 cookies…unprofessional. I asked her for a room away from others as I had a ton of work to do and needed the peace and quiet. I was put in the corner of the hotel on the third floor where there were 3 other occupied rooms around me. Banging of doors from ppl going in and out at ALL hours. The bathtub drain wouldn’t stay up so I had to hold it up with my toe contingent full with water. Shower handle so loose it took forever to find the hot water. Sink stopper in sink stayed down as well. Filled with water when washing hands or brushing teeth. Breakfast selection was eh. Food didn’t look appetizing at all and not a good variety of continual items. Hotel over all seemed dirty and dated. Went down to front desk to ask where something was down the road and had to wait yet again and this time it took her 5 min to return to the desk.

The hotel felt very comfortable and had a lot of areas to meet with a group or sit by yourself. Breakfast options were good. It was within walking distance to the Convention Center. Room was nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looked good and the beds were comfortable. Big complaints are the toilets were so low they did not come up to my knee! Difficult for anyone to stand from. Security is necessary to patrol the hotel as there were unsupervised kids in the pool dragging around the life preserver with 20 foot long rope to entangle the other children in the pool. Someone was smoking marijuana in the rooms closest to the pool. The bar on the door that is meant for security did not lie flat on the door d/t the design of the

The room was spacious and immaculate. We appreciated the easy chair and the make up chair in front of a mirror. The breakfast was above normal, and the bed was comfortable.

This is a solid hotel. Friendly staff, decent breakfast and clean rooms. My fridge didn't work properly at first, but I worked even I adjusted the plugs. There are 2 EV chargers, but only 1 worked.
