Parking was close and convenient. Lobby and pool area are nice, however, the highly promoted fire pits by the pool were non-functional. I loved that it was a salt water pool. As far as the room, the carpet was yucky dirty, as in a dark strip where the foot traffic goes. Otherwise, the general cleanliness was fair, but there is obviously no attention to detail when cleaning, like dirt around the lamp switches. Oh, and the tub drain drained verrry slowly, so I was standing in a couple of inches of water as I showered. I should mention that the breakfast attendant was very kind and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was alright. Would i stay here again? ...maybe.

Very nice rooms. We stayed as a half way point to our destination and very glad we did. One of the finer places we have ever stayed. We wanted to stay again on the way back, but they are booked. That says alot too!

I have stayed here before and while not the greatest, it was fine just to sleep there. I flipped on the bathroom light and saw a roach scuttling by me. I quickly checked out and will never stay there again. Friends in another room had sewage problems with their toilet overflowing twice.

Fantastic front counter team.
Arrived on Friday the 13th to check in and had an issue with my checkin deposit. Needed to be charged but I only had cash. The gentleman, Genre, and young lady, Kay, were very helpful and worked it out so I could attend HorrorHound for the weekend. They were both very professional and kind. Thanks to them both for being great employees.

We asked for a first floor or near the elevator... we got 2nd floor but not really near the elevator. PLUS we had to go up about 6-8 steps to get to the floor with the elevator. Near the side entrance (key card didn't work) there was some kind of hair all over the floor by the wet couches. The room was very clean and comfortable... but the other areas needed some upkeep.
