Great place to stay at a more reasonable rate for downtown Cincinnati. Clean, quiet and close to everything we needed to watch the Bengals win!! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice enough hotel; it was clean and bed was comfy. What upset me was the attitude of the lady at the front desk. Staff were fine when we checked in but when we got to our room we discovered there was no toilet paper. We phoned down to reception and they said they would send some up. But she didn't tell us how long that would take or that it required us to stay in the room. We had a dinner reservation so we went out. When we got back there was still no toilet paper, phoned again, and when she came up with it she started on the defensive with "We've checked the security cameras and someone did try to deliver, but you weren't here". Well, I'm sorry, but I'm being nice enough with my complaint, I did not expect the attitude. It was uncalled for - she could have just handed it over with an apology and left it at that. I don't expect to be spoken to that way - I would not stay here again.

Nice property however the rooms were fully carpeted and the entire hotel had a strong “air freshener “ smell. I am sensitive to smells and was almost unbearable.

It was great! Will definitely be back there especially when visiting the Taft Theater as it was a literally a 5 minute walk! Next door parking for $12!!! Everything else was $50/night!
