From out of town and booked this hotel due to convenience. Upon arrival toilet was filthy . Thankful I bring cleaning abs sanitizing products upon arrival so I took care of it . Told front desk when and she responded “thanks for letting me know” .. all I could think was wow . She didn’t even know I took care of it before she stated that . Big whole in the wall and it was covered poorly . Balcony was dirty and full of bird poop . Never again . I’ll stay at the Hampton inn up the street

We waited at the check in desk fo 15-20 minutes. Noboby around. When we got to our room it was 62 degrees and not hot water and thebathroom sink drain was plugged. The room was very nice but service was much to be desired. I called the front desk clerk about the hot water and her only solution waz to let it run for 5-10 minutes. That wasnt the problem

Said the room smelled like weed when no one smoked almost barged in door so it was like you didn’t have any privacy and lady was very rude and stereotypical followed my mother out the hotel building until she got to the car if your African American i recommend that you not stay at this hotel and that lady should be fired
