I been to this location multiple times… he wanted to tell me that cause I didn’t pay ahead of time they put a hold for the complete stay plus the deposit and the deposit couldn’t be separated out… It paid differently unless I prepaid the balance…

My wife and I was very impressed with how clean, fresh our first impression was. Check out was Friendly. When we got to our room it was amazing, clean and comfortable. We visited the Bar and had a cocktail, but we didn't eat but the food smelled good and our Barmaid was very polite.

This property was ok, I probably wouldn’t stay here again . The bed was comfortable and felt clean and the bathroom was pretty clean . The carpet and upholstery on the couch was stained and felt nasty. The room and property smelled ok I just couldn’t get past the carpet and couch. I kept my shoes on and didn’t sit on the couch.

Breakfast that is usually included in a stay was a ripoff. Do not pay extra for it. The hotel was not clean and it is aging and needs some attention. The customer service from one of the male front desk people was terrible.

When we checked into room the temperature was 63 degrees. We had to turn on the heat and vacate the room until it warmed up. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Hallway on second floor needed to be swept, after 3 days it was done. Elevator floors were dirty the whole 5 days we were there. Based on reviews I was expecting

Ease with check in at gentleman at the front desk was awesome very helpful and gave printed directions to places I needed to get to. I just wish the hotel was staffed better. I waited 20 minutes to get a seat in the restaurant. After I noticed only 1 person taking orders and delivering food. Side staff 2 people helped with water, bread and questions. I really wish I would have gone to a different restaurant. The food was dry searingly under a warmer since the day before. Soups really good after I tried the other things first. All being said, hotel fabulous and restaurant so-so
