This is a great property to rent if you want to be close to Cincinnati without being "in" the city. We enjoyed a night at Braxton Brewery (~2 minute walk from the rental) as well as Point Perk coffee (~4 minute walk). We walked to the Newport Aquarium as well, which was an easy 30minute walk. The amenities in the rental were good and it was nice to sit on the 2nd story deck at night. The only minor issue I had was with parking because the assigned spot is small for a full-sized truck. However I contacted the property agency and they helped me find parking close by, which was fantastic! I highly recommend this rental, especially for the price and convenience of the area.
