The Gilded Cincy-View Condo

Summary:
Enjoy an elegant getaway in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo, minutes away from downtown Cincinnati. Located along bustling 4th Street in Covington, KY you will have a wonderful view of the Cincinnati skyline, and the Paul Brown Bengals stadium from just across the river. Half a block away from a plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants in Covington. You won't want to miss the popular MainStrasse/Main Street shops just around the corner!

The Space:
The condo is located in a 4-plex building along 4th Street in Covington. On the first floor you will find a living-room, kitchen, full bathroom and two queen bedrooms. On the lower level is the family room with a foosball table and a couch that can be converted to a queen bed, and a half bathroom and laundry units for your use. Free street parking on the side-street is typically readily available, as well as an reserved space in the back of the building. Since some guests may find the nearby road noise to be somewhat of a nuisance, we provide a white noise machine for additional comfort while sleeping.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
Many restaurants, bars, and shops are within easy walking/riding distance in Covington, especially the popular MainStrasse/Main Street which has many local businesses you will love! And downtown Cincinnati is less than 2 miles away, so your entertainment options are practically endless!
The street in front of the building is very busy, so we recommend caution when walking to the apartment. Additionally we always recommend caution when walking around city streets, alleys, and bridges, especially at night.

Getting Around:
Guests are welcome to drive their personal or rental vehicles. There is are plenty of ride-share options or public transportation methods in the area as well. Guests who are able may also enjoy walking to the local sops and businesses right around the corner.
