I did not like the atmosphere,didnt feel safe.Man working at deak tried to put me in a room where someone already was. Im 68 yrs old and my room was up stairways i had to walk carrying my luggage also. I tried to get my money back or tranferred to a different Days Inn was told no, another $100 was kept for rm. When i paid. for room. I was in tears,terrible experience!

Absolute DUMP! Rude desk clerk. Had to move rooms and the second room was just as bad. Jetted tube was trash’s tv didn’t work. Horrible experience. Charged me $100 deposit when the description said $50. And I still haven’t got that back!

I honestly feel like I got scammed.
Well, firstly I’d like to start this off by saying when I booked this hotel it was for my 20th birthday. With that being said, it was ruined. I go to check in and I was greated by a rude hotel worker who told me to “speak up because he couldn’t hear me” then proceeded to not let me check in the room because I had 1 more person than what I put down. When I had realized my mistake of not putting 5 people down when I first booked, I honestly thought that it wouldn’t be a big deal seeing how there’s 2 beds, and we’d be fine sharing. He told us we weren’t allowed to all sleep in the same room according to the health and safety department. I asked to get a refund and he said he couldn’t do it, and that I had to contact you guys to get my money back. When I went on the email you guys sent me to try and refund my money it said I wasn’t able to because it was past the check in time. It was maybe 3:30 around this time, check in was at 3. We had got stuck in major traffic and after going back in fourth with the man working it was past the refund time. When I went back in to try and explain my situation to the man working he wasn’t understanding at all. I told him this was my first time doing something like this and that I don’t have more money to buy another room, he left the counter and did not offer us help at all. All I’m asking is to try and get my money back. My friends had to buy another hotel room somewhere else. My experience was awful.

I really enjoyed it. I booked online and after I payed, it said, after the fact, that there was also a $50 deposit you need to pay and you’ll get it back after you check out if you don’t steal their stuff or smoke in the room I guess. So everyone should know this before they book in case they don’t have the other $50 and they book and can’t get a refund. But when I got to the hotel, the guy said it was $100 deposit. So, just be aware that you’re gonna have to pay either a $50 or $100 deposit when you get to the hotel. Plus, they need to update the TV service!!!! Talk about BORING and nothing to watch smh. Other than that I really liked it.

The unexpected $100 “deposit” was extremely disturbing. Even under construction, the amount of filth in the halls and rooms was disgusting. Someone entered my room even though I had put up the Do Not Disturb sign. This is not a safe environment for young women or families with children.

dirty cobwebs and dead bugs under the nightstands like nothing had been swept. There was hair everywhere including the toilet, shower, and in the mini fridge. Looked like nobody had cleaned or been in the room for weeks. I think for how dirty and also how noisy the area was they charge too much for the room and also ask too much for the deposit.
