Our stay was good. Crystal, receptionist and shuttle driver made the stay very comfortable. She was super kind and helpful. Sephora, another staff was nice and prompt with getting us back to the airport! Great shuttle to and from airport! My only issue is there is nothing in the surrounding area of hotels to get something to eat, no fast food no chain restaurants! We stayed to visit the Ark Encounter and creation museum which seems to be the only thing to do! Overall I would stay here again

Save your money!
The man working the front desk could hardly be bothered to look up from his phone to assist us with check-in. He gave us information contradictory to what is listed in Hotels.com and overcharged us for parking. Very disappointed in the service. Room was lacking - no hand soap, the room smelled musty, and the curtains didn’t close all the way. I had no confidence in giving feedback to the front desk since our check-in experience was so poor.

I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The only thing negative was 2 of our lamps would not work, probably needed new bulbs and the telephone was beeping a busy signal all night and had to unplug.

wont be back
i was rather unhappy with this place, was this the first one ever built? it was comfortable , nice tv, very few channels compared to every place i have stayed in the past several years. it is clean, , i would have been a bit happier if the men working there werent so couldnt care less attitude, seriously i travel very much. have not seen any place have such dont give a care attitude.??? lots of good people out there looking for jobs
