Went for a girl's trip and visited Hard Rock Casino. This was so convenient that we didn't have to Uber. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

My stay was great. However, the staff at the front desk needs to be more attentive to guests. I had an issue with the tv in my room. I called the front desk first and no one answered. I mentioned it to the front desk the first time and they told me to just unplug the tv and plug it back up and it should work. It didn’t. The last straw was calling the front desk to send someone up to look at it and they never came up. I also hate the fact you have to swipe your card to use the elevator. Its a nuisance and seems like it could be a safety hazard in the future.
