Charming 3 BD in Mt. Lookout, Near Downtown Cincy

Take it easy on this quiet street or enjoy the restaurants and night life just a block away in Mt. Lookout Square. Walkable to Hyde Park square and a 5 min drive to Oakley. Enjoy the great deck/patio area outside or get some work done in the sunny study.

A 12 min drive to downtown and a 15 min drive to the lively Riverbend Music Center.

We are nearby and happy to give recommendations or come help if any problems arise.

There are several steps (16 to be exact) from the driveway to get into the front door. On the main floor there are two bedrooms and a full bath along with the main living areas. In the basement there is an open area with a bed and a half bath along with a washer/dryer. Access to the back patio and deck is through the kitchen and basement stairs. The driveway is pretty steep and narrow. You can fit two cars (one in front of the other). There is also free street parking all up and down the street of the house. The backyard is NOT fully fenced in.

*Please note all pictures were taken with a wide lens in order to show each entire room. This makes the rooms look bigger than they may in person.

Great location, good value, house was adequate
This is a cute place, just needs a little work, and the location was great—VERY hilly, but I guess that's Cincinnati for you. We were unable to park in the driveway, it was too steep (my car bottomed out) but there was on-street parking. We could walk to a nice coffee shop, and we were 15 minutes from family and sights like the zoo and downtown. The upstairs of the house was nice, two rooms and a bathroom (no ventilation though, so everything in there was damp). Half bath downstairs helped, otherwise that would have been tough for 5 people to share 1 bath. Basement was clammy and buggy, so upstairs was better. Fenced in backyard, but front was open, so dog had to stay on her leash. Big needs: hand towels, and maybe more bath towels. Steep steps to get in the front door, so consider that if it's an issue. Overall, it got the job done and was priced right, so we appreciated the value and location most of all.
