Self care time away.
Check in was quick & easy! My room was a decent size, it was clean enough to relax on my stay. I had to inform the front desk about the tub not draining properly, they fixed it in a decent amount of time. The hot tub was clean & relaxing. Breakfast was good, hot, but basic. I had to ask to have my room key turned back on after my first night, it was easily fixed. I've stayed here before, I'd probably stay again.

We awoke to housekeeping entering the room at 9am despite checkout not being until 11am. I found this odd as the room had blood snot looking goo on the bathroom wall, hair in the unused by us tub/shower, and cobwebs all over the ceiling. I’ve stayed 300 nights a year in hotel rooms - I’m not picky. I don’t appreciate being walked in on hours before checkout.

Everything was fine except for the big group of adults having a party in the front breakfast area while all the young boys were in the pool acting a fool, I mean kids will be kids but they were way out of line going around knocking on people's doors as well, I actually caught them. This is more the party's fault and not the hotels with the hotel workers should make sure everybody is at a nice verbal level for all guests and not just the ones that rented maybe a block of rooms for their big party! Other then that everything was fine. Great location for Kings Island. Too much chlorine in hot tub.
