It was centrally situated in this beautiful city. Very safe . Beds were very comfortable, bedding and room were very clean, Only one chair in our double room. A small step into the bathroom, which was easy to trip on, or cut your toes,on the shap edge.

The location was great. It was located near many restaurants and within a short walk to grocery stores. The tram rumbled the building a bit, but stopped running around 11 pm, so it wasn't too bad. The one-bedroom unit was a very good size. Only downsides were: Sink drained slowly. Shower door leaked, a lot. Other item to improve is that there is a window from the living room to the bedroom that does not have a shade. It would be ideal to either remove this window or add a black-out shade to it so that the living room can have light that doesn't shine in the bedroom. The staff were really nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

The room was very clean, large and had all the amenities, but there were little things that bought the standard down eg yellow glue marks around the towel holder, the lift was dirty especially the carpet, and outside on the balcony there were smoke butts in plants and on the ground. The staff were very friendly and efficient though.

Surprisingly enough the room was very quiet considering it was the first room just near the lift. Could not hear it at all. Plenty of space in the room and everything that I needed for the three nights. Lovely friendly staff at reception and the location couldn’t be better.

Parking is super secured, but a bit cramped. The neighborhood looks a bit down and somewhat creepy at late night; trading off with walking distance to the playground, shopping district and variety of bars/restaurants. 2BR equipment is a bit inconvenient: Pots & pans provided are too small for a family. No AC, only 1~2 heater(s) in the living room but not in the bedroom.

Room had a leak from the kitchen somewhere which in turn made the majority of the carpet downstairs in lounge and dining room wet. The smell when first walking in was very musty and damp smelling quite unpleasant. Also one of the couches was propped up by a stack of magazines as the leg was missing (extremely dangerous considering the size and weight of the couch). Also the noise from the street below was very loud especially since it was a Saturday night. We did contact staff in regards to the leak/wet carpet and they did come up to check and offered to move us into another room however since we were there only one night and after a long day of travelling we felt we could not be bothered changing rooms
