Stayed for one night (couple). Staff were great, friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and presentable. The Vietnamese cafe downstairs had the most delicious bahn mi! Westfield shopping center was only a few minutes walk away, also food places like McDonald’s and others. A good hotel, would recommend 👍

Property was quiet, staff friendly and helpful. The only downside was furniture in living area wasn't comfortable or conducive to relaxing . Very well situated to catch a bus or walk to shopping centres.

We have to say the bathroom was top notch! Beautiful with a large shower area, rainshower and handheld shower heads. Traffic right outside our window but no noise. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

We stayed at a wheelchair accessible room for a night with Golden Hotel, although we initially written a request for no wheelchair accessible room. When we asked for a change of room, we were told the rooms are fully booked, perhaps due to the Chinese golden week. The area is pretty much accessible, just a few mins drive to nearby mall, supermarket, asian mart. The carpark can be a bit of limited space.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in the wheelchair accessible rooms. I booked two rooms for family members. Fully accessible, well maintained and the staff very lovely. Walkable to many restaurants and shops plus only ten minutes to airport. Thank you for having us. I recommend staying here.
