This Gîte offers a beautiful 220 m² space on the ground floor and upper floor. You will love: the large living room with open kitchen, sitting area and fireplace, which opens on one side onto a balcony and on the other side onto the covered terrace, Its 6 bedrooms, and the mezzanine. 2nd floor lounge. The cozy comfort of the central heating with renewable energy (wood pellets). Its equipped pétanque court, swings... The charges are included in the rental price. You can choose the services: rental of sheets €64 for all beds, cleaning fee: €90. Possibility of renting another rural gîte for 4 people nearby (n°3141). Structure can accommodate PRM as well as people with hearing, mental or visual disabilities. You will appreciate the spacious welcome of this large gîte.
Its comfort, the decoration, its calm and its easy access which make it an ideal house for stays with family or friends. Ideally located in the countryside between Lyon and Roanne, near the RN 7.
