Despite the exterior looks, the hotel is very dated, especially the bathroom. The bathtub has been refined but it is flaking off. Toilets were moldy under the rim.
One of my pet peaves is no nightlight in/near bathroom. Another is bath light linked to a needless fan.
I didn't like how noisy it was, you could hear the people outside talking like you were with them. There was no snack machines or drink machines available on the property.
The room was dirty. There was stuff all over the curtains, the the iron cord was strung across the room. Someone else’s key cards were on the table when I walked in. I went into the bathroom. There were bugs and hair on the floor. The sink hadn’t been wiped out. It was nasty. Had I not been so completely exhausted I would’ve just gone and slept in my car. I slept in my clothes on top of the bedding with a throw blanket I brought with me.
It was very cold and the heater did not work. After traveling all day, it was too late and too exhausting to complain to front office. However, at check out i was going to let them know the heater did not work and how disappointed i was, but there was noone around to tell. Waited 15 minutes! Will definitely not be staying there again!
bug on bathroom floor. Bathtub had holes patched. Rm 111.
Second night room 104 had 2 flies. Uncomfortable beds. Beds had rounded corners and had to fight not to slid off bed. Could use some upgrading. Could hear conversation of the people next door.
The hotel has been greatly neglected and it's obvious they are not attending to the grounds. Jennifer, the manager did her best to accommodate. This is an owner issue. Maintenance has been put off to the point of "run down". I will never stay here again.
