The hot springs and views are amazing. Room was not clean, leftover items, staff seemed not to care. 35 minute wait to check in. Used to be better managed, going downhill but still lovely natural spot.

A bed was broken when we got the room after check-in. Requested to change the room a couple of times because the changed room was downgraded. Staff was nice and hot tub was good, but facilities are old, so need to be fixed or renovated.
