Great place. The only thing that was very upsetting is that our rooms were t ready at 4, check-in time. We couldn’t get in until 4:45. We talked to se real others with the same situation. I had come in from nyc just to share an overnight experience with my family and our time was cut.

I would definitely recommend this property. Only Voms were one out of two elevators were out, parking was a challenge, but it was a holiday weekend, and the Quiet, adult indoor pools were loud and children splashing and diving.

Front desk check in process is just ok. It seems that they more focus on emphasizing the importance of keeping the pool bands safe instead of welcoming customers. They don’t seem like we booked the hotel through third party agencies.

This property needs an update. We did have a wonderful time with the outdoor hot springs pools and amenities. However, the rooms and hallways really need work.

Very pleasant competent staff. Overall the room had insufficient electrical outlets. The room was booked as a queen bed with one single bed, but the Resort had it booked as a " family room " which gave us a double bed in an unusable outer room and two twin beds in the inner room. There was no bedside lighting in the outer room and the twin beds were not expected. Very clean room but very old. We enjoyed the pool.
