I would not stay there again. Go stay at the holiday Inn express next door. This place was the utter definition of a DUMP!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Run down old property. Towels and washcloths not clean and worn out. Tub floor filthy. Manager came knocking on door in the morning waking me for no apparent reason. The bed was comfortable and the rate was cheap.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. There are no amenities to speak of. No coffee maker in the room for example, but plenty of spots to get coffee, in fact BK right next door was my go to coffee stop. There is a fridge and microwave. Many convenient restaurants nearby. The only issue for me was the shower needing some referb, but at the price point I can't complain. I would stay here again.

We stayed for three nights, towels were refreshed once, room was not cleaned. We had to ask for in room coffee and more towels. It said breakfast included, there was no breakfast. Extra charge for pets that wasn’t stated upfront.

The beds were horrible uncomfortable pillows were flat dirty very noisy around us. No staff had to ring a bell. Our keys kept not working would not recommend again.

Low cost value and it shows
Knew this was a “value” low price stay when I booked. The word “newly renovated rooms” is a stretch. Bathroom toilet dirty, and door / paint / floors not in good shape. As mentioned, a value stay and somewhat typical from a motel like this. Still not cheap though, but least in this area.
