No hot water.
Property is in good condition. Check in went smooth. Room was clean and comfortable for the price. Unfortunately the internet was terrible. My room had no hot water in the morning. I went to front desk and asked the manager on duty if water heater was on or if there was an issue. He said he would check. I never heard back from him or anyone and I had to leave the property for my business meeting without showering.

Room was decent but smelt heavily of cigarette smoke (we did ask for a non-smoking room, too). A/C unit didn't work very well. Everything was clean it was just an outdated, run down room that needs some TLC.
