Excellent stay. This was a stop over for a night. We had a king sized bed room. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean room, free of clutter, large bathroom with all the toiletries needed ,easy parking on premises. This is a newly renovated property, customer service was excellent, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this property for a short stay or a longer one. Thanks you Double Tree in Chico for your hospitality.

Not what I expected from Double Tree. Property was previously Holiday Inn where they just painted and slapped a logo and restaurant on it. Rooms definitely show age, the A/C is so loud I called to have it checked, water pressure is awful. It was decent but not the DT standard I've had before.

Will return to DoubleTree by Hilton in Chico
Enjoyed a quick overnight from Sacramento to Chico to visit our Chico State student for her Birthday. The front desk staff (Jesse), the cleaning staff we saw in the hallways, the bartenders, and the room service staff - ALL were incredibly polite, service-oriented and accomodating. We will look to return to DoubleTree in Chico again.
