The Unique Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast, which is actually called "The Nest", is an absolute gem. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished with very interesting art on the walls reflecting bird imagery associated with the name "The Nest". The owner's objective is to create a 5-star experience in this stand-alone cottage unit in her back garden, and she definitely succeeds. It has a separate entrance and privacy fencing. For an extra charge, you can order breakfast which the owner delivers on a tray and sets out for you on the dining table in the unit. The food is plant-based and the best breakfast we had included overnight oatmeal with fruit and nuts, a wide variety of pastries, yogurt, and a beautiful array of fresh fruit. We had enough left over to provide lunch as well. She does offer cows milk and hen's eggs upon request. We were there because of a medical appointment at the Nuffield Hospital, which is a ten-minute walk away. The Nest owner helped immensely by storing temperature-sensitive medication for us in her large fridge, which was colder than the bar fridge in our unit. The downtown core of Chichester is a lovely 15-walk away with access to restaurants, shopping and the famours cathedral.

Well what can I add to the previous reviews . Nothing I don’t think . This is a beautiful place to stay . Jane you was so welcoming and went out of her way to make my stay great from the personalised chocolates on the bed to parking there own cars up the road so I could park my large van on the drive. I did not have breakfast due to budget limitations from my employer but I expect it would have been amazing I stay in a lot of independent hotels and B and B and I can say with no question this is the best I’ve stayed in for the thirteen years I’ve been doing my job

Hidden gem
A beautifully curated space which has every creature comfort. We were welcomed by the host and given lots of local knowledge. The Nest is really lovely and well worth a visit.

I booked the Nest for my Father & Mother In-laws As a breakaway something different. They loved it !!!!! Cant wait to return the breakfast was wonderful The owner Jane went above and beyond to make their stay Special and Memorable. I whole heartedly recommend the Nest
