My favorite thing was how quiet and comfortable the hotel was and how close to some really good restaurants it was ! Also close to major highways ,Sams Clubs ,and the airport without having to pay for parking !!

The service was for the most part unfriendly and unwelcoming. Location was off the freeway but not close enough to anything of interest. Parking space was limited. Cable tv limited. Room cleaning was excellent! Very clean room. No clock. No freezer section to the refrigerator. Quiet. Wont stay there again!

Property is great at charging my CC for a stay that was prepaid, and now cannot manage to return my calls to get the bill corrected. Also, could not come up with a spare lightbulb when I found the desk lamp in my room had a bad bulb in it.

Overall the hotel was great. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. The amenities could be better. Restaurant wasn’t that great and the “casino” only had five slot machines.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. The area doesn't have a lot close by to do. The rooms were very noisy. You could hear the water running and everyone talking softly in the hallway.

There is no service component at the hotel. You have to request housekeeping everyday before 3pm (something we weren't told about at the time of booking or check-in) otherwise your room won't be done (apparently everyone leaves other than a solitary receptionist). Not a 3-star property.
