We loved our stay at Voco! Our room was a skyline view room and was on the 21st floor north-facing with an incredible view of the skyline with the Sears Tower and a little bit of the lake! Check-in and getting up to our room was easy, and the hotel looked sleek and approachable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the room was very modern and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

In the downtown, so most restraunts are not open on weekends or after 5 during the week. Not the hotels fault, but tough to feed 2 kids without going broke

Rooms were clean and quiet, but the common areas were super chaotic. The fact that we needed to take two elevators to get to our room was extremely annoying. It seemed like our room was only partially cleaned the second day (didn’t get new coffee cups)

We keep returning to this hotel for the pool. It's hard to find a hotel pool with warm water! I love the glass roof where you can look up to the sky from the pool. Tisha at check in was wonderful.
