Welcome to your home away from home in Uptown! My bright and inviting condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with your own sunny living room to relax, fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining room, spacious private bedroom, serene sunroom with full bed for extra guests, and a workspace for business travelers. Just steps from the lakefront and Montrose Beach, and a 6-minute walk to the Wilson Red Line, this location is excellent for exploring all that Chicago has to offer.


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Quiet Place to Stay
Had a great trip and this place was clean and quiet with plenty of room. Second sleeping area would make a great area to hang out and read for a while with the beautiful windows and natural light.

Wonderful north Chicago apartment
Beautiful, immaculate apartment, very modern amenities. 2 blocks from the train, and inexpensive parking available by the train. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, using fold out couch. We needed to call for sheets for the couch the first night and were not able to contact anyone until the following morning, but someone delivered them just after we called. (I suspect they were accidentally left in a drier somewhere, not a big deal.) We would definitely stay here again.

This place was all it promised and more. Clean, comfortable, convenient, easy to check in. My son is moving to Chicago and we stayed here for a couple of days while we got his apartment set up. This was a perfect place to head back to at the end of a few hectic days. Definitely recommend!

Roomy and light. We really liked the extra touches, such as the bookshelves of Chicago and urban-themed books. Quite well equipped and comfortable, with thoughtful extras such as a bag of good coffee. A step stool in the kitchen would help, since some of the shelves are out of reach for those of us on the short side. And the the pullout bed was a bit awkward to manage. Also note that you need to climb three flights of stairs to get there.
