Excellent stay at a great price
Beautiful, spacious and clean room at a great price. Breakfast had good options as well. Welcoming staff, greeted us with smile. Overall an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this to others and stay here again.

Pay at the hotel did not happen
Overall stay was good! I was a little irritated with the hotel, due to them putting the entire hold on my card, before my arrival! I specifically chose pay at hotel because I knew I would be traveling and was going to use a different card to pay for the hotel! Then was told, I could use the card I had planned on using, but it would take 3-5 days, for the other amount to be returned to my account! What sense does that make, now that would leave me with two cards jammed up! If someone selected pay at hotel, leave it at that, especially if they haven’t cancelled their reservation, you will get paid! Other inconvenience was the fire alarm that forced everyone outside in 20 degree weather! Not sure what happened but at 4am it was not a great experience

No beauty sleep
The fire alarm went off at 4am and according to other guests who were long term stay, it happened 3 other times this month. Also when we returned to our room 30 minutes later, the room across the hall was extremely loud with music, doors slamming numerous times and fighting in the hallway verbally and physically on and off for over an hour even despite calling the main desk at 4:45 am.
