Christine had a wealth of knowledge but her demeanor was over-bearing and rude. We had a suite and the space was great and the beds were comfortable. The hallways and the room cleanliness were terrible. We had mold in the shower that would not drain, as well as it appeared to have not been cleaned thoroughly. The furniture was dirty with what appeared to be snot wiped on it. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again.

They were overbooked, which really didn’t bother us because instead of one two bedroom we got 21 bedrooms. Most of the office staff was great but one lady was pretty rude. The room was clean although some of the furniture was pretty worn. It was an overall nice day. We were only there for one night obviously because the time of year we didn’t get to use the pool, hot tub or basketball court but those are great to have right there we would stay again.

My toilet flush handle was broke, tub would not drain. Baby bottle nips on floor in corner. Blood stain on sheets. Spider webs in all corners of the room. Just horrible. But i was there to watch my child graduation from Navy. So i didnt complain ,did not want my mood ruined with excuses. But it was Horrible.

The room is dated but clean. Kids playing basketball while you try to sleep was not great. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The room is large and a great value for the money.
