We came to town for a concert downtown Chicago and was looking for comfort, safety but also affordable. We booked two King rooms for our stay and honestly I was a little nervous when booking online. I’m so grateful we decided to book our stay and I didn’t go by the photos and reviews. Both rooms were comfortable and clean. One of our rooms appeared to be recently renovated. The place was clean and the staff was so nice and sweet and accommodating for everything. This morning upon checking out renovations was being done but that did not bother us as they are making the place better for others to enjoy. We will be back in October for another concert and will book our stay with them again

the property is in the midst of renovations so we had serious questions about it when we first pulled up, but we had a brand newly renovated room and the property was very quiet. I would stay again.

Me gustó la locación y la tranquilidad del lugar. No me gustó que hay que pedir la plancha y la secadora de pelo a la recepción. La presión del agua en el segundo piso es deplorable. No hay closet, no hay ganchos para colgar la ropa y la puerta de la entrada no cierra bien. Tampoco dan acondicionador, crema o bath mat.

There is no phone in room to contact office. The hotel was under construction. The stairs are dangerous, the steps are too small and the other side the stairs at too slippery.

The parking lot wasnt the greatest. Not a lot of spaces that were convenient. Also they were remodeling and all the dust and drywall dust got all over my car and they started at 7am. I wish they would of asked ys to move the car before starting.
