The lady at the front desk was really nice. The rest was so disgusting. I can’t even believe that it is an establishment that is being offered on Expedia. The room smelled like a giant ashtray. The blankets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them. I pulled back the sheets and there were stains in them too…. Like old period stains….. It was so gross…. So I went to lay the bath towels out over the comforter, but the towels had black stains on them as well. I booked it up out of there as fast as I could.

If you want to hear the people in the rooms next door doing the deed, this is your place. If you want to check in when they dont even turn the lobby lights on and are super rude, this is your place. Total dump but all that was available. Never again.

My family had to move rooms 3 times. The 1st time the room smelled and it was not cleaned properly. The 2nd time was the next night when we saw a roach and rat poop and finally the last room was the family room which was very clean, quiet and well maintained.

Stay Away From This Place
At some point, the door to the room had been kicked in with the chain on it. Door frame was ripped apart and not fixed and no new chain. Room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns in the bedding. Plastic covers over the lampshades with stickers that said to remove before use.
Broken door jamb. No ability to secure door with chain.

They need to buy new covers. Yes we got thw smoking room, but they could have replaced the cover with news ones tbat dont have burnt holes in them. Plus some type of freshers n there too. Cause all we could smell was weed.

I guess like they say you get what you pay for. The bathroom had cigarette burns all over the tub and toilet. The bed felt like it was crooked and slanted. There was no table in the room. They only came once in the 5 days to clean the room. Never gave fresh towels unless I went to the front desk. There are mold spots in the bathroom. As soon as I got home I washed all my clothes to make sure I didn't bring any critters home. Oh and the 1 day someone did clean the room they left my window open and some guy pooped his head IN MY WINDOW and scared the life out of me and my daughter.i would never waste my money here again.
