A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses an algorithm to adjust it automatically.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on and asked us where we bought the mattresses from.

Good for conference center
This place was nice and big. Well equipped and clean. Photos were accurate. Better than a hotel for a group. Corridors were noisy and the entrance hall stank of weed.

Close walk to McCormick
Stayed here with two coworkers for a 4 day conference we had at McCormick. It is a short walk to McCormick. Lots of other conference attendees were there. Facilities were very clean. Owners were easy to communicate back and forth with. The only issue we had was that our unit did not have towels. We thought it was our mistake so we ordered some from uber, turns out it was in the description and we should have just checked. We used both an outdoor and an indoor spot both were fine. Was way better than staying in a hotel as we had access to a kitchen and were so close to the conference.

McCormick near, good for groups
This unit is managed by a company that manages many in the building. They all generally use the same sheets, soaps, etc. It's a nice unit, has everything you need including my 2 priorities when traveling with a group - a kitchen table and coffee pots (both single and drip pot). The building is secure, the elevator is quick and easy. Generally quiet location and walkable to area restaurants. I recommend the Mexican up the street and the brunch spot.
