The staff at this hotel were AMAZING!!!!!!! Everyone from management to housekeeping were the best. For that reason and that reason alone I will stay there again. I witnessed a "rude" customer and they handled that person with the most amazing customer service i have ever personally experienced. (Customer was in the wrong). The Hotel was clean. The Pool was clean and refreshing.

I had two rooms… 114 and 206. When I went into room 114, almost immediately, after housekeeping had cleaned it, I discovered that the hair of the previous guest was still on 2 of the pillows. 25 min. After entering 206 another couple attempted to come in with a key finding me standing there in my underwear. I felt violated. All I got was an “I’m sorry”. Totally unacceptable.

The staff was absolutely fantasic! We came in from Kansas to see my son graduate Navy Bootcamp and it was a good commute to and from the base and everything to eat was close by. We went to the movie theater which was in the Gurnee Mills Mall easy access to everything around the Mall

Yay finally a clean hot tub that was in service! Room and pool area very clean. Next to Cracker Barrel. Like 3 min. to Great America where we have season passes. Close to Speedway Gas and many food options. Good variety of breakfast on weekends, a little less on Monday but had what we needed. Friendly fast staff. Room had fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Cute little Dove branded soaps and shampoo/ conditioner. Just needs a smoking bench. Oh and more pool towels. They ran out the day we went but it was a Saturday. Very happy with our stay.

The room that we stayed in 308 over the weekend was the worst cleaning ive ever since there was poop in the toilet sheets on both beds so smells i just thought my wife was Exaggerating until we inspect them ourselves they both was dirty the staff was nice you guys need some better housekeeper and a better person to check after them housekeeper

Our room had great upgrades that my teenage daught and I both appreciated. Neat artwork and decor, soft thick towels, 2 full length mirrors, good fridge/freezer and quality large make up mirror! And great location between Six Flags and the shopping/restaurants/movie theater at Gurnee Mills
