Everything was perfect except that the pool wasn’t hot :c I choose this hotel because of the pool, but we were unable to use it. I asked a couple of times about the possibility of heating up the pool, but I was unlucky.

Everything is updated and very clean and stylish with a modern stunning spacious front desk area with bar/restaurant, fitness room and pool, laundry etc. Breakfast is included and food ingredients are high end all natural quality. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very well maintained with everything new in it, including kitchen area and microwave on demand. Hotel is situated right in a center of great restaurants and shopping area of Western suburbs of Chicago. Hyatt Place 3 stars in Itasca,IL is much more better in many terms than many hotels w 4/4.5 stars I stayed in downtown or O’Hare area of Chicago, but saving you a lot of money. I love this place and their premium guest service with home styling feeling living. You wouldn’t believe me until you stay here yourself!

Perfect for a one night stay.
The stay was just fine. I did not have much time at the hotel to fully give it a 5 star or a 1 star. It was a place to sleep. Breakfast was good. They did not have any tea, but they did have plenty of hot water.

The coldest pool ever! We were there for the kids’s birthdays and the pool was supposed to be part of the experience but the kids couldn’t bear the cold water. I have never seen them before say no to going into a pool.
