A few issues, but not with management.
Two queen room that I booked was unavailable. We got the last room, which was a king. Room smelled heavily of smoke, and the smoke detector was disconnected. There was also no toilet paper, which we discovered the next morning. There is no way house cleaning couldn't have been aware of this issue. We did not bring this up to management, as it was the last room and it was too late at night to look for another hotel. HOWEVER, I do believe that management would have helped us out because they were very friendly at check in, very accommodating, probably the best I've dealt with in all my stays at a hotel.

The hotel was modern and clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast offered. They offer a free shuttle to Midway to get to the train for travel into the city. They offered free parking. The only thing that bothered us was another guest was smoking weed on our floor and the hall and our room smelled. The hotel did what they could with machines to clear the smell.

This trip was my second time staying here and I will be back every time I am in Chicago! The front desk staff is so friendly and they made sure I had everything I needed and asked for! The waffles for breakfast were AMAZING also! This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at!
