Good hotel
Hotel is brand new,nice,good service,beautiful roof top restaurant,breakfast,comfort beds,and very good location. Shower was not good. I just don’t understand the Resort fee,it’s not a Resort style hotel,charge resort fee for 1 water bottle on first night only,towels in gym,gym,really any hotel in this standard have it,and do not charge $28 per night.

AMAZING! It had great views, really nice amenities like free breakfast, a superb rooftop bar with spectacular views of the Chicago skyline. I stayed for my birthday and they made it an extra special treat by bringing me a brownie that said happy birthday and leaving a box of fancy gourmet truffles in my room. I felt very special and appreciated!

Slow check-in but otherwise great hotel
Everything was great except for the check-in process. There were 2 check-in clerks and it took forever, like more than 10 minutes to get both parties checked in.
