The property is undergoing renovation to the lobby area which looks like a nice upgrade. The room was recently remodeled and was lovely, quiet and comfortable. The indoor pool was open but the outdoor pool was closed and out of service. The exercise facility was well maintained.

The staff was very nice, the room was also very comfortable and homey. My only true feedback that could be used for improvement is maybe some better hot breakfast items but the breakfast was still good. I really was looking forward to simple items like just some scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon being offered

I have to say, although there was the chaos of the renovation, the front desk staff really made the entire process the smoothest ever and she was so patient and kind. I unfortunately forgot her name, I'm so sorry. This was Saturday August 17th during the evening and the next day at checkout time that she was there. I really enjoy the 2 room setup with the kitchen. Perfect home away from home for whatever the time you may be staying

The only reason I did not give the property 5 stars is that they were renovating the lobby area. Parts that were complete were beautiful. The areas still under construction were well marked and organized..

They over booked the first day and they had to close the pool because it was over crowded. I also had an issue with my tv in the living room that wasn’t addressed. Other then that it was an ok stay but most likely I won’t be booking this location again.

Great for families. Very comfy and cozy.
This place was great. No complaints at all. From the time we walked in till the end staff was great. Hotels.com did a little mixup with their payment but everything was sorted out quickly by them and the hotel staff. They are doing some renovations so things looked a little weird but still they were doing their best and it showed. The room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. It had everything you need and we did needed anything the housekeeping staff quickly helped out. Pool was great. Even though it was half open due to construction. But for the kids was still fun. Everything everywhere was well stocked and easily within reach and we never had to go look for staff to find anything. Amazing breakfast. Everyday they had new stuff on the menu and never boring. Good job guys

I wish we would have known the property was under construction. We had stayed there in the past when under Marriot management and we liked it. At this time the place is a mess which made our stay awkward. We would have looked for another facility if we had known about the construction. You should make clients aware of these details.

Even though the property was under construction, it was super nice amd well-maintained. The staff was friendly, timely, and did not hesitate to help in any way possible. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy! They had updated appliances and all of the TVs were smart TVs, which was super convenient. We had an amazing stay.

I had a great time at the property. I really liked being able to shut the doors and have some privacy and the kitchen. Really did add that homey feeling. Hotel was under construction. The outdoor area of the pool was shut off. There was only one elevator and it made for getting up and down hard and long waits. Still worth the price!

We didn’t have enough towels and couldn’t get through to anyone to bring us more. I went down to the front desk and asked for more. They said housekeeping would bring us some, but never did. My husband asked at the front desk again (as you couldn’t get through on the phone) several hours later, and they finally brought some up. Also, their outdoor pool and the area around it was blocked off and unable to use. The indoor pool was very small and crowded. It was sunny and warm outside, so it would have been nice to be able to use the outdoor pool.

I loved the suite. It was very practical. The workout area was really good also. I will admit, the hot tub was not up to par. It looked like it had not been clean in a long time and that was a bummer. The lobby bathrooms were dirty the breakfast was very basic considering the size of the hotel. Overall, we would stay again but i had to mention the dislikes.
