Dont make this mistake.
Only 1 elevator worked so going anywhere was awful. You even had to go to a different floor for ice. And your not allowed to use the stairs. Hallways wete dirty. Pool cold. Furniture stained. Breakfast was lackluster

Great maintenance worker saves the trip!
It would have been nice to know that the hotel actually had two hotels in the same building. No one told us we would have to use a certain elevator so of course we got all our luggage into an elevator after a super long wait only to find out it couldnt go to our floor and our elevators were on the other side of the building. Overall super frustrating to get checked in and get to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was not great, limited option for those that dont eat pork and overly crowded. Also the elevators were not working for most of the trip. If it wasnt for the amazing maintenance worker that would come check and see if anyone needed a ride on his elevator, it would have been impossible. He was the best part of the trip!! He needs a raise. The hotel was in a good location however as it was just a short walk to the Roosevelt station to ride the CTA.

Highly recommend! Very nice, friendly and clean!
Loved it! We were in town for 2 days for the Lions game. I used the Park Whiz app to get a parking space super close. Check-in was quick and easy. It was a short / easy walk to Solider Field as well. The room was very nice with a great view. We had a small kitchen and everything worked perfectly. I slept on the pull out couch and it was quite comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs. It was really good and affordable! The pool / hot tub was very clean and nice as well. Highly recommend!

The front staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The three star rating is for the fact that there was one working elevator for over 20 floors, so it took between 5 to 15 minutes to get between floors or to and from the lobby. We also had an issue with the pressure in the shower going in and out as well as loud pipe sounds throughout the day. While they did come to check it, they told us it would be fine, but it was still going in and out. It is inconvenient to keep calling downstairs when we are trying to get ready to go out.

Great room! Really enjoyed having a comfy couch and a kitchen with a full sized fridge and dishes. Great location! All the staff were friendly and efficient. A few things could have been better. Unfortunately, only one elevator was working which meant a lot of waiting especially around breakfast time. Also, the pipes were really noisy in the morning which wasn’t a big deal but was strange. Despite this though, we would definitely stay there again!

We had a pleasant stay, swimming pool was lovely and had a good sized room- we had a corner suite for 4 and it felt very spacious. Breakfast was good but we disliked the use of disposable plates and cutlery so just took our own down from the room. One lift was out of order whilst we were there so there was an occasional long wait. The free hot drinks were a real bonus. A great stay overall

We enjoyed the suite style of the room. Having a full kitchen was so nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken for our entire stay. One of the elevators was also down for most of the trip. When I would ask staff about the hot tub, they would act annoyed. We accidentally left an item in the room and it took two days, three phone calls (one unreturned message), and talking to several staff to get them to find it and send it to us via mail.

Elevator, Jacuzzi didn't work, parking twice the local rate, you can pay on line early when you make reservations but not after you make reservations caret in the room looked like it was salvaged and worn through.

The room was nice but we didn’t get body lotion and the toilet smelled bad. Also the pool didn’t have warm water like advertised and the jacuzzi wasn’t working . Everything else was good.

Hallways weren't vaccummed when we arrived, but looked like they were sometime in the following days. Room was clean, but the hot water was inconsistent and the pipes make a really loud noise during the shower. You can also hear the pipes from other rooms during the night. The elevators, the only way to the rooms, didn't always work and we got stuck waiting a few times for someone to allow us to use a service elevator. We ended up opting to walk down the stairs, 18 floors, when leaving the building because the elevatoe didnt show up for 10 minutes. They seemed to have fixed it by the time our stay waa complete, but it was inconvenient for sure. Beds were reasonably comfortable at least!
