I stayed a total of a week. I rebooked a couple times to extend my stay. The female behind the desk was wonderful during this experience. The room was clean, and what i was expecting. A couple down falls of the room were that in the bathroom the wallpaper is peeling off the wall. I wanted to use the laundry onsite but did not have six dollars in quarters. I asked a gentleman at the front desk. He was very rude when i asked for change. When i asked if there was somewhere close to het change he sugested a liquor store. The last couple days i was stuck in my room due to illness. The chromecast to the tv kept disconnecting. I reported it to yhe desk and they fixed it once but it kept happening.

Es mejor que incluyan el estacionamiento en el precio de la habitacion. $70 por noche en estacionamiento y tienen uno al feente publico de $37 el dia. Creo que podrian ganar un poco mas igualando la tarifa y ofrecer en parqueo dentro del hospedaje. De resto todo incrieble.

The hotel was clean and I love the security feature where the front door locks at night and you cannot enter without a room nor can you go up to the floors by elevator without a room key. The valet was always nice and quick to get our vehicle when needed. Our only complaint is whenever you turned on the water in room or flushed the toilet, the pipes would roar in the wall. Other than that one complaint, I would stay here again.

My family ( my husband and me , my mom and 2 liitle kids ( 12 ages and 3 ages ). We booked a suite corner for my family. We arrived there around 4:10pm cause check im time at 4pm . At the first time : The staff at front desk tried to check in for me and told me wait about 10 mins cause room for my family is need time cleaning up and they are not ready room for our yet . Until 5pm after 2 times i tried to rush them and then they said yes. My mom and my 2 little kids really tired . The second : they are super busy but elevator is small and just only 1 for everyone. The staff at there told me. Its happened a months ago. Oh my goddess. I will never come back there . Horrible. Thanks.
