Great location for our Chicago Marathon stay…about 1/2 way between expo and marathon start/finish area. Took the train to/from the airport and walked everywhere else we went. Would stay here again!

Location is excellent, especially for the Chicago Marathon. Room was great with a lovely view and was quiet too. Gym was small but had nice options like a dual pulley and Peloton bikes. Did not like how housekeeping is on an every other day schedule. Normally this is an opt out option and some small compensation (food voucher) is provided if you choose to not have house keeping every day but even when I called to replenish the paper cups and tea pods in the room, none were provided.

So happy with this Hotel! It booked the corner room and it overlooked the beautiful Grant Park and the water. Amazing view. Room was super clean and bedding was so comfy. All the main attractions like Millenium Park, Riverwalk and restaurants were walking distance. Even my fav...pickleball courts right across the street! Couldn't have asked for a better stay for the first time in Chicago!

Not impressed at all! Staff wasn’t the friendliest. I paid over $350/night and i was charged for a water bottle in my room. Breakfast wasn’t included and parking was full when we got there even though the website said hotel has parking available.
