The room was clean fine but the TV didn't work all weekend. The room was hot and then cold so couldn't regulate the room temp. It was noisy because we were next to the elevators. Most of the time the Hilton rooms are nice but this stay was not very nice.

Love this place. We stay here every year for the Chicago Marathon. It’s close to the Roosevelt Station and Grant Park. Poll and hot tub are on point. Staff is wonderful and the rooms are super nice.

Everything was nice, but you need to improve house keeping. We arrived on our second day in the afternoon and we had to wait 20 min for the housekeeping lady to finish, while the last day housekeeping knocked our door at 8:45am, waking us up a couple of hours before check out.
