It was a nice place close to the performance center where we were attending a celebration. Free hot breakfast is always a plus when traveling with children. My 7 yr old enjoyed the pool. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The gym could use some TLC. Half the treadmills were not functional, but there was enough other equipment to make up for it. Would definitely consider this again if we needed a place to stay while visiting the area

When we went to check in at 3:20, our room wasn’t ready. The front desk attendant said the hotel was full and a substitute room also wasn’t available. The attendant was very nice and apologetic, but we couldn’t check in. We ended up leaving and returning 5 hours later to check in. The second attendant was polite and friendly. I think one of them should have offered us a discount for the inconvenience. The room was nice. The breakfast was well-stocked and clean. Altogether, this was a fine place to stay, but I think something should have been offered to us.
