The reservation was cancelled by the manager without notification to us. We called the hotel one day prior and they stated they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked for our stay. They relocated us to a hotel 30 minutes away. Even though we booked our reservation 6 weeks in advance they cancelled it. It did not allow us to celebrate the wedding weekend we had planned with our extended family. It was very disappointing.

Nice area, quiet with to noise issues. Clean and well stocked. Issues were with staff. Checked in Friday and found a light out over the vanity. Reported it to desk and was told there was no maintenance available till 6 pm the following day. It was never addressed. Early Saturday evening I went to the front desk for room coffee. No clerk there. Went 3 more times during the next 2 hours. Never saw an employee at the desk. Wouldn’t stay again due to lack of needed service.

It is a very nice property in an excellent location. Christian at the front desk is wonderful - so helpful and friendly. I wish breakfast had some cereal options that weren't sugary - maybe cheerios or corn flakes?

Hotel was nice and overall quiet. The breakfast was a bit disappointing to me, eggs were a weird texture and not good. The fresh fruit wasn’t fresh. I have a picky diet and ended up going out for breakfast, not terrible but nothing there for me. The room was nice, nothing fancy but clean and normal. Didn’t use amenities. Didn’t talk to anyone or need help so not much to comment on. When booking the price seemed high to me, but that’s probably due to the area. I added the “government rate” to the screen to see if I might save some being a federal employee but the price went UP for the government rate so I didn’t use it. This seems to be common also when I get hotel quotes, the government rate is higher. Something really messed up in that. Lots of close shopping and food.
