Everything about this hotel was perfect until I requested my bedding and towels to be changed and came back 8 hours later and my beds were stripped and there weren't any towels in my room but other than that it was a perfect stay

I booked this hotel thinking it was close to my airport. I later realized when looking for the airport shuttle that this hotel was close to O’hare not Midway. I booked it without knowing there were two airports. I called the front desk and they said they couldn’t issue reimbursements since it was booked through a third party. I ended up paying for an Uber to drive me there. Brian was incredibly kind and empathetic. I was able to access my room super late. Room was tidy and spacious, and even had a cute welcome sign on the tv screen. I only got to sleep 5 hours before going back to the airport, but it was well worth it! Brian checked me out swiftly in the morning and made sure I stayed warm while waiting for my Uber. Great experience!
