Clean and comfortable but....
Our room was lacking furniture such as a desk, chairs, or lamp. We were told that if you had mentioned something right away, they would have taken care of it. Basically, our fault. The breakfast area was clean, but the coffee wasn't in the breakfast area. One was at a coffee bar for dark roast and the light roast was in another place. They ran out of coffee. They had one garbage can to handle all of these customers.

Convenient location
Just a one night stay, but I have been a guest before and didn't think twice about booking there when I knew I would be in the area. Very convenient for visiting loved ones at Windsor Park, down the road and across the street.

Comfortable accommodation
Our room was clean. Quiet and functioning air condition. The beds are extremely comfortable. Slept like a baby! Location is convenient to local restaurants and stores. Breakfast was great!

Great stay
The staff are great -- checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. Breakfast was better than most at this type of hotel. Room was comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is a bit of remodeling. It is a bit dated.

Very good hotel
Hotel is great, however this room wall thermostat was not working and little hot water for shower. Plus another guest was smoking in a non-smoking hotel - front desk said they would check out and apologized

It's Hampton. Good for the price!
Well maintained hotel. The breakfast was fine. Well stocked and clean. Plenty of all the offerings. Our room was on the first floor. We had the disabled-accessible room. We didnt' need it, but it was fine and they offered us a switch if we wanted, but it was actually very convenient to breakfast and the exit. The one thing about the room that wasn't great was the a/c would switch off after several hours, which meant the room would get warm and stuffy when we returned or in the morning. That was an odd thing. Other than that, everything was what we expected/hoped.

Comfortable and clean
Very comfortable beds, the room was clean and cared for during our stay. The breakfast was also enjoyable with many things to choose from. We will definitely stay again on our future trips.
