My husband and I have been coming three for years and trust and believe we can see the difference. The quality of this hotel has gone down. The furniture and carpet is worn and dirty. And the tub was not cleaned at all. However, the stuff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated it. We would hate to stop coming here because it's in a great location. Nevertheless, the hotel needs to be updated, or thoroughly cleaned. Thanks Uvonne

I had just Two issues. 1. Early Check In Option - They said we can check in early after 12 noon and couldn’t until 3pm making me late for my grandma birthday party. Me and my kids & Husband was driving on the road for 6 hours and just wanted to rest. 2. Parking- Turns out parking costed 12.50 for overnight IN THE SUBURBS. I guess we should of just stayed in the city ( we was trying to avoid having to worry about parking and still did) But for the most part the hotel is beautiful, smells good and the ROOM girl!!! The room is beautiful!

Overall very nice hotel. Happy with the room, good breakfast. The only negative was a problem with the faucet handle in the shower which we got to work only after speaking to the front desk attendant.

After booking unfortunately I read the reviews. I’m kinda in the middle in agreement . I did find the room to be a little dated, but it was comfortable. The room was clean and we didn’t see any bedbugs. The pool was gross! My 15 year old refused to get in for more than five minutes. He said the water was green, cloudy and there was debris on the bottom. The breakfast was fair and staff in that area was friendly. Front desk I wouldn’t sat were rude but they don’t have a welcoming spirit. Basically let me see your Id. and credit card then here’s your keycard lol. It has been many years since I stayed at this hotel and I will say there are better options. Parking is $12.50 per night which is crazy, had I known that before I definitely wouldn’t have booked because the Hyatt Place up the street doesn’t charge
