I went there to have a nice time with my girlfriend. I wanted to go swimming, the pool was out of service. The toilet had urine in it when we first got there and water on the floor. We decided to go to the bar and get a drink and the bar is closed on weekends!? What the hell is that!? The place is very dated and old. I will never go back.

To start the iron in the room was not working. They provided a small mirror with light that was not working. We had some a/c issues come to the front to let them know, and they said they would check it out. They never show up to the room to fix the issue. When checking in and out, they didn't explain the deposit, and no, they didn't offer a receipt. I will never be staying at the hotel ever again

Checked in and went to dinner. Came back to room and someone elses luggaage was in our room. When went to compain staff acted like it was our fault and said qe never checked in ( we had receipt and room key) tried to get us to pay an incidental fee again to get a new room. Took us over an hour to get any other room and convince them that we did check in earlier.

Turned on TV for the first time in the morning and no signal. Called and informed no one available to silve. Moved me to another room and no signal there either. Told it is satellite tv that often doesn't work right. Mean while paying customer goes without.

Our stay went very well and the staff were nice. MY ONLY complaint is that the pool was closed when we traveled and that was one of the main reasons we were visiting. otherwise we had a nice visit. cookies were DELICIOUS as well!

Stayed here for one night. The room had a musty smell to it and the next day when I went home I had bed bug bites all over my feet. The Manager said he would issue a refund and that did not happen. I have been trying to contact the property to speak to the manager again and he seems to never be there.

Great, convenient location, adjacent to walking & biking paths, walking distance to several food options, Starbucks, Woodfield Mall & One Schaumburg Place. Facility needs upgrades, pool out of service & room had nearly non-existent tv service, bed was great but shower needs update. No in room checkout. Prime but neglected corporate center facility needs funding from Hilton corporate.

Booked hotel as it had advertised having a pool for our kids. Pool is under construction and no advertisement provided to inform before booking. Wouldn't have booked the hotel had we known. Building is old and rooms were dirty. TV didn't have ABC which was the only channel desired to watch a game on. Requests to deliver more towels took several hours. The two bed rooms were incredibly small compared to other hotels. Worst DoubleTree we have stayed at.
